Jessica T. Cooper
Jessica T. Cooper is an associate at Firsel Ross, focusing her practice in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, financing, leasing, disposition, and zoning of commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential properties. She has extensive experience in handling transactions from their inception, routinely working with title companies to resolve complex title issues, through closing.
Prior to joining Firsel Ross, Jessica gained comprehensive experience in commercial real estate representation, including the development of condominium projects. During her time at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Jessica worked as a certified mediator in Cook County. Jessica’s comprehensive experience, attention to detail and creative problem solving skills enable her to effectively represent developers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants to efficiently close a transaction.
Jessica has been actively involved in fundraising for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) since 2000. In 2013, Jessica co-founded the MMRF’s Chicago Young Professionals Group and remains an active member, continuing to raise significant funds and awareness for multiple myeloma.
